A few tiny reminders to make our snuggle mail process smoother:

  1. 🌻 Don’t forget to write your order number magic on the package, so we can identify it with a twinkle!
  2. ♥️ Please give those adorable clothes a gentle pre-wash hug before sending. If you have any special items or instructions, tuck a little note inside the package for us!
  3. 🦁 We’re eco-friendly fairies! We love minimizing waste by creating multiple squares from a single clothing item (where possible). If you’d like us to use just one square per clothing item, please whisper it to us beforehand!

You can send soft, clean baby clothes like onesies, t-shirts, pajamas, frocks, even socks and mittens! We recommend items with sentimental value or unique prints. Avoid stiff or heavily embellished pieces for best results.

How many clothes do I need to send?

For a standard quilt, we usually need 20–25 pieces of baby clothing. But don’t worry, we’ll guide you based on the size and style you choose at checkout.

Can I customise the design or layout?

Yes! You can let us know if you want specific clothes featured prominently, or if you’d like to add a name patch or date. We’ll also send you a layout preview before stitching, if requested.

How long does it take to receive my quilt?

Each quilt is lovingly handmade, and the process takes 3–4 weeks from the time we receive your clothes. You’ll get updates every step of the way, and tracking details once your quilt is shipped.
