• 3-Day Free Cancellation: Cancel within 3 days, and we’ll refund you in full.
• 4-10 Day Cancellation: Cancel between 4-10 days, and we’ll charge a 50% fee.
• After 10 Days: Cancellations are no longer refundable, but we’re here to listen and help with any concerns.

• No Returns: We cannot accept returns, as each item is carefully crafted to meet your unique requirements.

• Turnaround Time: Our handmade keepsakes take 10-20 business days to create once we have received your box of baby clothes.
• Working Days: We work Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
• All orders will be processed and dispatched within 10 business days. Once dispatched, delivery will take an additional 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

7. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days.
• Credit Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
