• We specialize in handcrafted, personalized keepsake quilts.
• All items are made to order and may have slight variations in design and color.
• Customization requests must be submitted at the time of order placement.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our e-commerce platform.
• Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment methods.
• If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• 3-Day Free Cancellation: Cancel within 3 days, and we’ll refund you in full.
• 4-10 Day Cancellation: Cancel between 4-10 days, and we’ll charge a 50% fee.
• After 10 Days: Cancellations are no longer refundable, but we’re here to listen and help with any concerns.

2. Return Policy

• No Returns: We cannot accept returns, as each item is carefully crafted to meet your unique requirements.
• Exceptions: We reserve the right to reject return requests, but we’ll always listen to your concerns and work with you to find a solution.

3. Damages & Issues

• Inspect Your Order: Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.
• We’ll Make It Right: We’ll evaluate the issue and take corrective action to ensure you’re satisfied. Your happiness is our top priority!

6. Shipping Policy

• Turnaround Time: Our handmade keepsakes take 10-20 business days to create once we have received your box of baby clothes.
• Working Days: We work Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
• All orders will be processed and dispatched within 10 business days. Once dispatched, delivery will take an additional 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

7. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days.
• Credit Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

• Check Your Account: Verify the refund with your bank or credit card company.
